Last year I made a vow not to complain about cold weather. With the help of friends and family, so far so good. I’ve looked for the beauty of winter. Today, the sun was shining brightly and the deep snow reflected the sunlight like sparkling diamonds. The deep paths that students from the high school next door have made across our campus look like wildlife trails. The evergreen tree branches are hanging with a heavy frosting of snow. Yesterday, I watched a flock of red breasted robins feeding on red berries in a ice trimmed tree. It’s beautiful. This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice in it!
However several people have told me if I make a vow not to complain about cold weather again they are moving to Florida! Ha!
Peace and Joy!
